Place desiccant in the storage space to help absorb moisture from the air and maintain a dry environment. Also, ensure the protective film packaging is intact before storage. If the packaging is damaged, replace it with a new, sealed packaging immediately to prevent moisture from entering.

Ultraviolet rays in sunlight can break down the adhesive components of plastic sheet protective film. Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight can cause the film to gradually lose its adhesiveness and may also cause aging and yellowing. When storing, keep the protective film in a cool, dark place, such as a closed cabinet or a light-shielded warehouse shelf. Avoid placing it directly near windows or in the open air. If the storage space has windows, draw curtains to block sunlight and prevent strong light from directly hitting the protective film. This will extend its lifespan and ensure that its adhesive properties are not affected.

Improper stacking can cause the plastic sheet protective film to be compressed, causing the adhesive layer to stick together, which can affect subsequent use. Avoid placing heavy objects on the protective film during storage and avoid stacking excessively high. The protective film should be neatly arranged according to its specifications and size, ensuring that each roll remains flat and free of pressure. Use dedicated racks to store the protective films in layers, leaving space between each layer to ensure air circulation and prevent friction between the films, which could damage the adhesive.
