1. Choose the right type of polyethylene

3. Optimize processing technology

For example, by using an optimized extrusion process and accurately controlling parameters such as processing temperature, pressure and speed, the polyethylene molecular chain can be arranged more regularly and the crystallinity can be improved, thereby enhancing the heat resistance of the material. In addition, heat treatment or annealing of the polyethylene packaging material can also improve its crystal structure and thermal stability.
4. Take protective measures
In practical applications, some external protective measures can be taken to protect the polyethylene packaging material from high temperatures.
